The patented design uses the movement of your hand to activate the Dirt Lock turbine system. As soon as you dip your hand into the bucket, the water in the turbines accelerates. Dirt delivered from the top is forced and accelerated through hundreds of tapered Venturi nozzles, forcing the dirt particles to the bottom of the bucket where they cannot cause damage. Only fresh, clean water flows back up through the fresh water channels on the side of the Dirt Lock. All small dirt particles that get below the Dirt Lock are caught by the nozzle system at the bottom of the bucket. In short, every time you dip your hand into the bucket, the Dirt Lock automatically filters and purifies the water.

A notice:
Fits most 12" wash buckets with capacities from 3.5 gallons up to 7 gallons. All Dirt Locks have small rubber grips on the feet that ensure a tight fit.
